Secondly, tickets must be purchased in advance and are subject to availability. What’s more, visiting Buckingham Palace is possible only during a few summer weeks and selected dates in other months. There is no formal dress code, but you should wear a comfortable pair of shoes, as there will be a lot of walking.
Visitors can see 19 breathtaking State Rooms, which have been used for official parties and ceremonial events. These include The White Drawing Room, The Grand Staircase, and The Throne Room. You can choose tickets only for State Rooms, or a Royal Day Out Ticket, which will give you a chance to see the State Rooms, The Queen’s Gallery and the Royal Mews. The first ticket is £30.00 per adult, and there are a lot of discounts for young people, kids, and families. The Royal Day Out Ticket is £55.00, and you can also find some discounts.
