The House Construction
The three-story house is constructed of brick with stuccoed features and covers an area of approximately 23,000 square feet. It has a portico with six Corinthian columns supporting a pediment containing a coat of arms, as well as a balcony on the piano overlooking The Mall.
The first floor contains reception rooms including a morning room, dining room, library, study, and drawing room. The first floor contains the bedrooms and private apartments for Prince Charles and Camilla, as well as guest rooms and offices. The basement contains staff quarters and utility rooms.
